Hi neighbors!

I’m someone who always fantasizes about starting my own business. I’ll pour a bunch of energy into planning every last detail then realize, what I’m planning already exists 😆 never mind the fact that I am so not ready to take on the actual implementation phase!

However, because I absolutely love planning businesses even if I never start them, I got curious about what in the area people are actually wanting. You know, so I could fuel my planning passion haha So, I went to Facebook and literally just asked the question, what’s missing here? My post received 500+ comments and I was flooded with everyone’s ideas.

One particularly interesting thing that I noticed a few times, was that an idea would be posted, then someone would reply saying, we actually have that! And that’s what got me thinking.

I realized there might just be more to Las Cruces than any of us truly realize, and I’m making it my mission to solve that. That’s where the idea for Find It in Las Cruces came about.

All that to say, I may not be ready to start my own business. What I can do though, is help current businesses become more known in the community. 

Being the planner that I am, I have many ideas for how to expand Find It in Las Cruces into something even bigger.. eventually. One thing that will always be true though, is that money will never determine who gets featured.

Anyway, whether you’re a business owner or a neighbor looking for fresh finds (or both!), I hope you’ll join me on this adventure!
